Hi. Just curious on how many attachments really have to be placed inside the K1 visa applications. Photos for example how many should we put inside?

Letters/emails/phone records/ among others. Does it have to be bulky?

Thanks for the time.

2 passport photos of each party. For the description of meeting I wrote a 2 sentence description and enclosed one photo, passport stamps and boarding passes.

I sent about 4 or 5 photos of the two of us in addition to the passport photo of each of us, and a copy of one letter from him, and a copy of some phone records. For the initial I-129F app you do not really need evidence of an ongoing relationship, only evidence of having met within the past 2 years. Be sure to date and explain the photos. Save the rest of your phone records, emails, chats, etc. for the interview, and make sure for the chats you don't just copy and paste into a Word document because anybody can do that, take screen shots so it is original.

I did the same. Don't forget you need a signed Letter of Intent from each of you. Also remember photos of your meeting are secondary evidence; primary evidence are passport stamps, receipts, airline boarding passes, etc. Good luck.

Read the guides, study the example forms. You can do it.

I thought I only had to fill Letter of Intent? does Fiance also needs to fill one out too? please let me now soon.

Thanks

Yes. Both must sign and include an Original letter of intent with the I-129f filing. You can use the sample letter here, verbatim, change names of course. You can use the exact same letter for both (change neames of course) must be original signature. Does not have to be notarized

Yes, of course, but it must be an original signature, so it will not be a "copy". He also needs your original signature on the G-325a.
