Ok so in 2 1/2 months we will start our process, however as I am going through the papers for some reason a prior Divorce decree is missing. Husband must have left it at the embassy when he went for the boys interview. Will we need a copy of the prior Divorce decrees when filing the I-751? I looked at the instructions and did not see it. I know we will need it for the N400 but not sure on the I-751.

Any help is appreciated.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

I think you will not need the divorce decree. As far as I know You only need the divorce decree if you are lifting conditions with a waiver (applying I751 without your spouse)

I-129f was approved in 21 days from filing date...interview took 96 days from I-129F filing date.
