:crying: This is too much suffering after I waited so long for the sputum culture result this March 30. My interview was yesterday, April 3, and I thought everything will be okay because I have so many documents to prove to them, like emails, chatlogs, greeting cards, proof of meeting in person like hotel receipt, I-134, bank statement, stock investment, pictures together. The consul asked me if how old is he, I said 53, and I am 28. She asked me again why my fiancé still single and never been married because he has 2 kids from same woman, and have their custody. I really don’t understand why it happened. It’s none of her business if he never was married before. Then, she asked me to submit new CENOMAR because I got it last December. She doubts the authenticity of my CENOMAR because the agency got it for me in whom their name appeared in “request upon by”. That’s the two document that embassy needed from me. But why did they return my passport to me? Am I denied? I am so frustrated and disappointed. I thought we will be together and be happy. Please help me and give me advice. :crying::crying:

I doubt they would of posed such a question regarding your Fiances and X wife and child if your Fiance was at the interview.

Never the less:

Just get the required updated docuements needed, and get your Visa.......

Hi Davra...

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the Consul Officer...especially after all you have already been through. It must be frustrating for both of you. But, don't worry too much, because this should only be a minor delay. Keep a cool head and give them what they want. This is your final test.

My fiancée also received a white slip. She was required to submit another document. They returned her passport to her also. When she submitted the required document, they collected her passport. That is simply their procedure.

She was told to submit the required document at either "Window 17" or "Window X." She was also told that she could submit the document from Monday through Thursday...from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

She received her visa less than a week after she submitted the required document.

Hang in there and stay strong...you are almost there!!! Please remember why you are going to so much trouble...to be together with the one you love...habangbuhay! It is worth the trouble. You will feel wonderful when your visa is finally in your hands.

Our best wishes...

The girl whom I met at my interview had the same situation. Her fiance is 73, she's 30. And the consul thought it was a big issue. And like you, she was given a white slip requesting for CENOMAR. The interview date was November 17, 2008, she returned to USEM the next day and submitted the document, and by January 9, 2009 she's in Hawaii with her beloved. And no you were not denied, just go ahead and give them what they asked from you, you'll have your visa before you know it. Goodluck sis.

Yep AP it is, 221G white paper.

Not the end of the world but a minor delay. Get them what they want ASAP and you'll be fine. Lucky you that you have control over your situation, you get to get the documents they want yourself so you have control. For us its that dreaded "Wait till you hear from us" routine, hehehe.

God Bless and Goodluck.

Final Review? That's good, that takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. Our final review took 1 week and the VISA was approved and printed. Call next week around Wednesday (Manila), they print VISA's every Tuesdays. Goodluck!
