Hi, how do I set up an infopass appointment? And, is there any other option?

My wife recieved her NOA from the I-751 about a month ago, and has already done biometrics. Our daughter was included in the I-751 and has not recieved an NOA, or anything for that matter. It is important we recieve one so we can travel, and of course, so she can be legal.

I have heard of the NOA's being seperated, but not by a month. Is infopass next step, or is there another option?

Thanks

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

02/09/06 - NOA1 date

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

You can call USCIS and do a "service request". I went thru all kind of hassels with my my stepdaughters I-751. Finally had to get my senator involved and his immigration specialist got it straightened out.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
