Is it necessary to print emails with the original HTML formatting? Or is it okay to copy and paste the body and headers to Notepad and print that? You know how some emails lose their original formatting when saved as plain HTML minus the associated files. What if the source file is no longer available and there would be all this text lying about wasting space? Can I edit that out and print the headers and body as plain text? Anyone done this?
