I've received emails from NVC saying we haven't paid the AOS, IV Fee, and my I-130 even though we did pay already, the lawyer told me it was probably an error on their part. I still received emails saying they've received my AOS package but waiting on our DS 230 package. So if you paid the fees and received those emails no worries, when you send in your packages make sure you include the receipts showing you paid.
