Hello Everyone,

I know I need the i-134 and documents supporting that but I need to know what original documents my fiance will need for her interview? I copied the packet before I mailed it to the VCS and I am starting to get everything together because I will be going to see her in may and want to have everything with me so I dont have to worry about mailing it and it getting lost in the mail.

Thank you to everyone for their time in reading this.

Sincerely

Duane

Check the guides above, it will tell you what you need to have!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Send or take all of the documents you sent copies of with the petition. Better safe than sorry. ;)

Certified divorce decree, certified copy of previous marriage certificate (to show proof of name change for some women), my(USC) birth certificate original was requested...etc, etc.
