IV fee bill online

Hello guys, My husband and I pay our IV bill bill online since it is already generated then status is (in progress) , then 24 hours later the status is PAID ,we print the coversheet and then ready to submit my DS 230 but luckly, tonight I check online again to print another one just incase, but when I check it my IV fee bill show not paid, i click on receipt then the status of my IV bills is REJECTED ....what is it mean? before we pay also we check our bank online and we have enough money to pay for it, I am really confused..is somebody here experience like this...what are we going to do?

I think u paid it online b4 the bill was generated... something very similar to that happened to me... give it few days and the system will fix itself, so u can pay it again... I'll ensure that the money wasn't taken out of ur bank account... u can always call NVC and check what might be the true reason on why it was rejected... u can do a search on the post from my id, and u'll see that I went thru the same situation... good luck.

oops my bad, i think it did not generated yet when we paid, it just shows online that we can pay..I call the nvc tonight then by automated response, it says that NVC send an IV fee bill generated... does it mean ,it is generated? it says that we will going to send to saint luis the fee...but we like to pay it online, coz as far as I read to other people, it will take long..so is it ok to pay online again? ...thanks for your help ...really appreciate this

Yes, IV bill generated and most likely, you will be OK. Since you paid IV bill using your checking / saving account, so check with you bank too if they have process it.

Agreed with the posts above, but you should check with an operator at NVC and not rely on the automated response system.

Not to worry just wait a couple of days and it will go back as paid, I did the same thing, paid my IV beofre it was generated and then the whole status changed. Don't panic, its k! Goodluck...

hi again everyone, we check online and our status is still say rejected so what my husband did, he pay it again last march 31 then now we check it again and the Status is PAID, but the IV fee bill that we pay before it is generated is still on the window and still say rejected..I a woried now that what if it will say Paid in the next couple of days, does it mean that we pay twice? if that happend, what will we do? can they give us a refund?...btw i include pics here so you can understand easily what i mean...hope pics shows

thats exatly what happened to me, I had the same rejected, call the operator and make sure its ready for payment again before you pay again. Normally a day after you get the rejected. Its because the NVC is in one place and the payment center is in another, the payment you sent hadn't had the paperwork to tie itself upto so rejected. Also I got a email 2 weeks after saying that the payment was rejected!

i see..thanks for your reply..I think the boo boo that we made is that we did not call the NVC before we paid again..we are rejected for 5 days then we pay again since it say not paid ....i hope they will not deduct our savings twice...

No they won't deduct them twice, thats why u get the reject as the payment has no place to go

You are good to go... I also have 2 IV bill for each of my parent... one says rejected and other shows paid... u went thru the same situation that I did... after my incident, I did post a caution here hoping it'll help others to not go thru the same situation... but, it's been a while since I posted it, so noone comes across it... but, like I said, you are all good... good luck.
