So the G-352a looks scarey. It probably isnt but it looks it to me.

1) I beleive that the U.S. ciitizen fills one out adn i fill one out is that true?

2) I am hearing about carbon paper but you can download the form so how can it be on carbon? If it is, where do you get them from in the U.S and the U.k?

3) is there a good thread that takes you though completing this form?

Thanks in advance for your help. This forum is great

and also, try to fill in your member information so we know which direction to point you to get the most help.

one tip: when filling in forms, make sure to check that the form has not expired (should have a valid until date) and try to find the most up-to-date forms.

you will get the hang of this and be a pro in no time!

but, the guides are the best place to start.

good luck!

Yes you both have to submit the form

2) I am hearing about carbon paper but you can download the form so how can it be on carbon? If it is, where do you get them from in the U.S and the U.k?

download the form from the USCIS web site and fill in online and print off the copies

3) is there a good thread that takes you though completing this form?

read the guides and there is an example form for you to see how it should be filled in, also use the search option for threads that might help you as most of the questions have been asked before

Also dont forget to make a timeline so you can be hepled as we do not know what visa you are applying for

Thanks in advance for your help. This forum is great

It is a 5 year history of your place of employment and place of residence, nothing more scarey than a job application.

There are two filled out for the I-129f, one for each person. My fiancee signed two blank ones and I filled them out for her. (i had an extra in case I messed it up)

I downloaded them. I gave her TWO blank single sheets. She signed both. I filled them out in BLUE ink. It says use black but what the heck. I made three copies of the form, which came out BLACK so they can easily see one is an original. Yes I know the correct departments are not on there, I guess they figured that out themselves. I did the same for myself, one original in blue ink, three copies, paper clipped them together.

It really is a pretty simple form, if you are not sure about it have your fiancee fill it out. In my humble opinion he ought to be anyway.
