Adding supplemental sheets to the G-325A

In the past 5 years, I've lived in a ton of different places (I was in college for 4 of those years, I moved every year and lived at home a few summers). I can't fit it all on the G-325A. Is it okay to add a supplement sheet to the form? If so, do I use the same process for the I-129f (label, sign and date it). Also, do I print out one supplement for all four "copies" of the biographical info? Or just include one for the entire form?

Attachments are perfectly acceptable. Just make sure you put your name, Form # and Question # at the top of every page so that if the page gets separated for some reason, they will know which Form and person it belongs to.

Make one copy of the attachment for every copy of the G-325A.

Hi guys

Is there an actual official supplement page or is it ok to simply write it all neatly out on A4 paper with the relavent details at the top? This form is so damn small - I wish my employment and residence history was as simple as the one on the exampe form!

My Timeline

March 2005 - Meet Gen in a seedy pub in Bulgaria

Sept 2005 - Leave Bulgaria and head off into deepest Eastern Europe together

October 2005 - Arrive in London

December 2005 - Gen flies home to Mississippi

Feb 2006 - Visit Gen in the 'Sip for a valentines week

July 2006 - Visit Gen and got engaged - hooray!

July 24 2006 - Send off I-129F package

Aug 10 2006 - Recieved NOA1

Sept 25 2006 - Recieved NOA2

Nov 20th 2006 - Recieved packet 3

Dec 1st 2006 - Recieved packet 4 with interview date of Jan 2nd (am on holiday!)

Dec 20th 2006 - Finally managed to change interview date to Jan 10th

Jan 10th 2007 - Interview - passed!

Jan 12th 2007 - Recieve passport with visa in it!

Feb 20th 2007 - Enter USA at Houston

Did anyone NOT sign the supplements and get RFE'd? My fiance is sending me her G-325 and I don't think she signed the employment history attachment. Can we "get away" with that or am I actually going to have to wait another 2 weeks before I can send my petition!?!?!

Thanks,

Matt

I've searched the RFE thread - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=4725 - and haven't found any RFE for that. However... better to be safe than sorry, right?

Cass why are you asking this now? Your petition has already been filed.

Rebecca, Matt asked a related question and posted it to this thread. Resurrection time!
