have you tired to print one out at dhl.com?

That won't work. Just have to go get one after the interview. Timing will be about right as the time from entering till getting out of the interview is usually 2 to 2 1/2 hours. DHL is just a block away.

They're not going to allow your friend into the Embassy interview area.

Calm Down-- I'm sure you're not the first to ever forget about the DHL waybill! :innocent:

Just explain that you forgot it and will return it later. Note the following from the Moscow Embassy website--

If an applicant is required to provide additional documentation after the interview with an American consular officer has taken place, the documentation may be submitted to the 221G box at the Embassy North Gate between 2.00PM and 4.00PM on any working day or mailed to the Embassy.

Ok, technically the waybill may not be the type of additonal documentation they have in mind, but I don't think it's going to be that big of a problem
