From what I understand the major cities are world class and second to none. But between them in the border towns there's a whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear where men feed on men. On the roads it is a white-line nightmare where only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs have taken over the highways ready to wage war for a tank of juice. And in this maelstrom of decay ordinary men are battered and smashed.

It's not a country for pussies. That's for sure.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Good find, however, Australia is neither the US or Mexico.

Here is how they deal with this. No ACLU or 1st, 2nd etc amendment to stop progress and protecting 'we the people' there.

No second chances in anti-gang laws, says Rees

http://www.smh.com.au/national/no-second-c...90402-9l43.html

ANTI-BIKIE laws proposed by Nathan Rees will be proclaimed by the Governor either today or Monday and the first targets of the legislation will be the Hells Angels, the Comanchero and Notorious bikie gangs, government and police sources say.

The Premier rushed the legislation through caucus and Parliament yesterday insisting it was a "proportionate response to an escalation in violence [involving] outlaw motorcycle gangs".

The laws will allow the Police Commissioner to apply to the Supreme Court to have gangs and gang members declared illegal and to have control orders placed on them.

Gang members would then be unable to contact each other and would be restricted from being involved in many professions including the security industry, any form of horseracing - even as stablehands - and banned from selling liquor. Penalties for breaching the laws will be up to two years for a first offence and five years for a second.

Now that is an Aussie.

The Opposition Leader, Barry O'Farrell, said the Coalition would support the laws to ensure the public was protected.

"I would have no problem if you put all the outlaw motorcycle gang members in two rooms and allowed them to shoot themselves to death," he told Parliament.

They seem to plague those industries there.
