Incorrect name in DS3032/AOS Bill

My name in the DS3032 and 1864 Bill (email) is not correct. I am the beneficiary. How can i correct this?

I called the NVC and they told me to email them any proof that my name is ANNE not ANN.. This is stupid, it's their mistake not mine.

My name in NOA1 and NOA2 are all correct!

I will send them a scan copy of my passport and NBI through email now! :angry:

Write a letter to NVC (Attn: DR) and send copy of both NOA + passport copy.

NVC should be able to correct such with no problem

yes, and it makes me mad so much at them... i told them to change it over the phone and its not enough.. they need me to email them a scanned copy of my passport and that's what i did! My husband is now calling them to ask if i need to send a hardcopy of scanned copy of my passport... GRRRRRRRR! :angry: Additional expenses - it's their stupid mistake!

I'm still still waiting for the respond of NVC regarding with the correction of my name...

I will send them a copy of my scanned passport and NBI and a photocopy of my birth certificate using fedex...

DAMN! additional expenses.. what else??? Gosh.. It's freaking their fault.. And even in DS3032 form they sent me today - my name are still incorrect.. I send them an email with the attachment of my passport and NBI last week...
