is there an option of unlimited refills of fuel?

if so, i'd bet on the tank (m-1a2) as it can go around traffic jams, cross country, and up to 60 mph. i'd give it about a week tops.

Nope. You must overcome the hurdles just like anything the involves government. An example can be within USCIS processing times. Or, when you file for Freedom of Information ACT on public record. You'll get the record, but, it takes almost a year.
