My applicaton was sent from NVC on the 12th of March, and I was wondering if I was to call the colombian embassy on Wed to ask about my applicaton will they provide informtaion? also is it possible for me to send my forms letting them know everything is ready before the instructions package? Thank you.

I have, of course, no idea about the Embassy in Colombia, but here in Croatia, it's really easy to get them to answer one's questions on the phone. One is given a lot more details and overall better information than in an email. An email, of course, takes longer, too.

I email the embassy in Prague. I ussually get a reply in a day. Asking about a specific application may be different though.
