i just got my nvc# for k3, Should my wife start getting her paper work togather I know this k3 is only good for 90 days, i thing i know the list of things she needs can you guys tell me all she needs and do i have to give the i134 to brzil cul or will my wife have to bring it to her interviwe,

you need to read the guidelines as every consulate is different. Your attorney will know what needs to be done.

If you have an attorney then you should let them handle it. So they can do it correct and not have any delays.

ya you need to start making your I-134 along with bank letter, job letter and tax returns.

she will need : marriage certificate, birth cert., police clearance cert, photos, passport, medical exam....and some forms filled up.

What do you mean K3 is valid for 90 days ? i thought it was a 2 year multiple entry visa
