Supervisor Review at NVC

Hi,

After learning last night from NVC operator that the computer had an error which is why we had not received our AOS bill via email ( we have been waiting 13 days now), I waited and waited for the email that she said would come shortly. It never did.

So I called the NVC in their morning and spoke to another operator who confirmed that the file had been referred to a Supervisor for review and it could be up to 15 days before we receive our AOS bill!

I am outraged! Why are we being penalised and delayed by NVC?

I am over it!

What should I do?

You think your being penalized because a computer system went down? What should you do? Answer, wait like the rest of us because there is not much you can do except contact your congressman and hope they get some results.

Sorry, I have to correct you there. Its not a case of waiting like the rest of you. If you study other peoples timelines, they are flying through NVC and getting their bills within a few days of the case being input.....

But at least you will get the bill in 15 days...

The only certainties in life are death and taxes.....

But I appreciate your positive perspective.
