hi, me again, well tommorow i will finally send in package and have read on this site to attach 1 passport photo of petioner and 1 passport picture of beneficiary......i have also read elsewhere the I-129f checklist, just to make sure i have everything right and some are saying 2 passport photos of each.......which one is RIGHT? 1 or 2 passport photos of petioner and fiance?? please help, need to send in tommorow morning, thankssssssss :help:

just give them 2 of each, passport picture is not that expensive..... ^_^

OK, I will do that, thanks, im so afraid that i will get a RFE, and it will hold everything up!! havent slept for days trying to get it done right the first time.......... :blink: better get some sleep, nighty nite, ciao!!

in my K1 petition i just included one each for me and my bf. As long as its the right size 2x2 passport size. Its just for reference on how you look like...for comparison for your snap shots that you will attach as evidence.

Maybe I am too late. If in doubt, send two, why not? I did. But while we are gathered here, get lots of passport type photos, you will need many along the journey. Do not worry about them being within 30 days, just print bunches of them. We used the same photos throughout the process, straight through to the green card, and besides the I-129f you will need two here and three there every so often. More will never hurt.

You dont need two passport photo of benificary and petitioner , you only need one . We got an RFE for that in USCIS , and they only ask for 1 photo of each of us .
