In your timeline in your signature, i see you have dates for NVC left and Consulate received - how do you find these dates? can you please explain in details? - also will i get an email of NVC case complete and another email for Interview date?

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Hi

NVC AVR changed after the interview date was given. It told me that the case was forwarded to the Embassy on --/--/--. I then used the instructions in the post to track it. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=2888420

You do not get a email telling you the case is complete you will need to phone NVC to find out when it is complete but you will get a email with the interview date.

It will generate IV Fee Bill and you will get IV Fee Bill Email and this implies that your DS-3032 agent form has been accepted.

Im sorry, I have another quick question. How can I know if my daughters DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) has been accepted? I sent it on 10/14/09 via USPS and they received it on 10/19/09.

I just heard and AVS says NVC received DS3032 on Oct 26th (I actually sent email and also print out of email and scanned signed copy of my parents by mail on OCt 16th) and my Dad also sent original copy of DS3032 by fedex. Do I need to send them again or its entered in NVC system no need to send it.

please suggest.

You dont have to send again. You should expect to receive IV Fee Bill Email in a day or two. Good Luck!

I got IV Fee Bill Email after the AVR said that it is received DS-3032. Check my signature for the details..AVR said on 16-Oct-09 and rcvd IV Fee on 19-Oct-09.

Login to NVC website and you should see IV Fee Bill ( SELECT checkbox Enabled but dont pay until you get your IV Fee Bill Email ).

I just heard and AVS says NVC received DS3032 on Oct 26th (I actually sent email and also print out of email and scanned signed copy of my parents by mail on OCt 16th) and my Dad also sent original copy of DS3032 by fedex. Do I need to send them again or its entered in NVC system no need to send it.

After paying IV Fee Bill the status changes from 'IN PROCESS' to "PAID". After the status changes to 'PAID", print the cover sheet and send the DS-230 package and you dont have to wait for anything...

Get ready with all the documents and once the status changes to "PAID" print the cover sheet and send all of them together.

What is your consulate? Is it Chennai or Mumbai?

After paying IV Fee Bill the status changes from 'IN PROCESS' to "PAID". After the status changes to 'PAID", print the cover sheet and send the DS-230 package and you dont have to wait for anything...

Get ready with all the documents and once the status changes to "PAID" print the cover sheet and send all of them together.

What is your consulate? Is it Chennai or Mumbai?

You dont have to send again. You should expect to receive IV Fee Bill Email in a day or two. Good Luck!

I got IV Fee Bill Email after the AVR said that it is received DS-3032. Check my signature for the details..AVR said on 16-Oct-09 and rcvd IV Fee on 19-Oct-09.

Login to NVC website and you should see IV Fee Bill ( SELECT checkbox Enabled but dont pay until you get your IV Fee Bill Email ).

I just heard and AVS says NVC received DS3032 on Oct 26th (I actually sent email and also print out of email and scanned signed copy of my parents by mail on OCt 16th) and my Dad also sent original copy of DS3032 by fedex. Do I need to send them again or its entered in NVC system no need to send it.

please suggest.

I called NVC this morning and tru the AVR, they sent me a letter on Oct 23 for a missing document that they're reviewing which was the DS230. Also, I talked to the operator the other day and the I-864 has been accepted and entered into their system. So for the DS230, i'm wondering what it was coz I made sure I sent all originals (on my mom) & copy attached to the other case (dad) so as not to get another RFE..I think I'm in for another delay.. :crying:

I have another quick question, how do we get PCC without any document sent by NVC to beneficiary. I dont think in India we can get PCC without showing them any official letter right?
