And also one more thing quick thing, I sent DS3032 signed scanned copy print out + email print out to NVC (they already received)? but AVS saying NVC is waiting for DS3032 from beneficary. Does that mean I need to send original DS3032 copy or its just normal?

Did you get any confirmation email from NVC stating that they received DS3032 base on your posting here (+ email print out to NVC (they already received)? Call NVC and ask them if they have received DS3032...AVR is not always upto date and based on postings here from other members it is not accurate. I would suggest you to call NVC and get up-to-date info. Representatives are open till midnight.

Did you give NVC your email and your dad's email? If they have email then all the communication is via email only. Did you send them DS-230 documents set? Based on your signature i see that you have paid IV fee, did the status change to "PAID". If it is then you can mail DS-230 documents along with the document cover sheet. Hope i answered you.

Thank you all for the wonderful wishes! To answer Feliz's question. Yes, the US Consulate where my mom will have her interview can be found at the National Visa Center Appointment Post List. I logged into the embassy/consulate where my mom is having her appointment and there is a posted list of upcoming immigrant visa appoinments. Check this link out:

I know that not all U.S. Embassies/Consulates post that information, but it's worth a try to check.

Does the US Embassy/Consulate that has jurisdiction over your mother's case have such a list?

I have also found some very interesting guides in regards to consular filing and processing. I will post the links to those websites when I get home from work and school tonight.

Also, for those of you who sent the DS-230 and corresponding information last week or this week, please note that it is taking about 1-1/2 weeks from the moment your packet is received until NVC completion.

I FED-EX'd my DS-230 on Tuesday, October 13th. It was then received by J. Desmond on Wednesday October 14th. My case was completed on Friday, October 23, 2009. That same day my online login failed and the AVR message changed on Saturday, just as predicted.

Hi to all, I am filling for my daughter, I had alrready paid the AOS fee online, and already appears as PAID on the NVC page and I have already printed the cover sheet. Do I have to wait a notification from NVC in order to send them the AOS?

Once you have the barcode coversheet you can mail the AOS packet to NVC as per the instructions that are on the payment site. There is a link on the bottom right of the payment page where you printed the barcode sheet from that will take you to the instructions and requirements for the AOS.

Thanks for the info and here is the website for my consulate and will check this site once my NVC case is complete but in the mean time will be helpful for others...that lists NVC case # and interview date and time at that consulate.
