Hey everyone! I was hoping someone here can help me out, been calling NVC but can't get through.

When sending in documents for DS-230 do both my husband and I have to send a marriage certificate? sorry if it's a dumb question, everything is so overwhelming, wish i had found this site from the get go!

One marriage cert, both your names should be on it.

Yup.. One Marriage Certificate is Enough. But make sure it is a Certified Copy by the Issuing Dept or a Original Copy.

Agreed send the original marriage certificate!! You should also send a regular photocopy of the marriage certificate as well!!
