finally i got all certificates and I'm ready to file ds-230 form

along with certificates i have to submit:

1) photo copy along with original certificates

2) write case number on back of the photo

I got RFE from NVC on qs # 20 on form ds 230,be careful there should be no gaps between dates since ur benificiary became 16 yrs old

It is a request for more information. If you make a mistake or omit something they will send you a letter requesting the document or correction.

Good advice about not having any gaps in dates and remember to leave nothing blank. If it does not apply - write in N/A and good luck

so you think it okay to say like this:

on question #20

from mm/dd/yyyy - current

mm/dd/yyy - mm/dd/yyyy (dates that my mom live in USA)

or should i say something like this:

from mm/dd/yyyy - mm/dd/yyyy

mm/dd/yyy - mm/dd/yyyy (dates that my mom live in USA)

it should start from the current residence,u dont need to write dd.

it should be like

current town current country mm-yyyy TO Present

Town in USA USA mm-yyyy TO mm-yyyy

Town in India India mm-yyyy TO mm-yyyy (Should start when ur mom became 16 yrs old)
