Hi!

I know there's a LOT of info on this board and I've done some searching but I can't seem to find a post that lists specifically what I'll need for the AoS for my wife's kids done separately as hers is already done.

Could someone list the required forms and documents if they've done it or link to a list that is specifically for children of a K1 visa recipient filing for AoS separately?

Is the fee really $1010 per child?!

Thanks,

Ken

The fee is $930 if per child under 14 not filing at the same time as the parent.

The fee is $600 per child under 14 if filing at the same time as parent.

Yes, my wife is here and she has her green card. She came on a K1 about a year ago. The kids are here now and came "follow-to-join" K2.

Thanks.
