Does anyone know why K-1 is listed as May 12, 2008. What does that mean??? I assume it simply means that May 12, 2008 is the oldest K-1 Petition they have still pending, correct? It doesnt mean that all K-1s take 10 months....right?

If you read the latest processing times report, it now has been adjusted to read 6 months

YMMV

It may seem a bit pedantic, but is the six month timeframe from today, from the date it was posted (March 16 2009), or from the date it was updated (Jan. 31 2009)?

as of Jan 31 they were back to processing in 6 mos.... it could have improved (though we would never know) or deteriorated since

YMMV
