When logging on to pay my IV Fee Bill online, I used my AOS Processing Fee Bill Invoide number to longon. I see that I can pay the IV Fee Bill now. Is that ok to check the box and pay the $400 now using that invoice number? I mean both bills are there. The $70 I paid before and the $400 IV bill I can pay now. Is that ok?

I just want to caution you in few things cause I went through some worrysome time cuz of my desire to expedite the process:

The IIN for AOS and IV fee bill are the same, so you can pay the bill. However, even though u see that the IV fee bill is payable, u've to make sure that the invoice is generated first. I paid the IV fee bill right away and the bill wasn't generated till that night, so I had to wait for the system to reject that pay and wait for few additional days before I can repay again. You'll lose more time if u pay the IV fee bill before it's generated. So, without confirming that IV fee bill is generated, DO NOT PAY even though the online process allows u to pay. You can do some search on my previous posts to find out what happened in my situation. Good luck.

i was told to ck and if it allowed u to pay you could, i spaced mine out a little just kept a even flow of the paperwork and payments worked out fine, just dont get in to big of a hurry

Do not pay the IV Bill unless an operator tells you the IV bill has been generated. Otherwise you will cause a delay in your case.

It may be ok or not ok to pay IV bills unless NVC generate it. However, in my advice it is better to follow the sequential procedures.

In my case, I paid both bills at same time and as soon as it shows paid, I printed out bar coded coversheet and sent both package (separately in two envelopes) in the same USPS priority mail. My case completed without any delay. I got couple of e-mails regarding payment. I called NVC and they said it is system generated e-mail just ignore it.

In my opinion, completion varies from case to case or more precisely who is handling your package.

It all about timing, if the bill gets generated the same day you pay it, no problem. However if the bill doesn't get generated before the payment is received, be prepared for a delay.

Queuedup may be right but in my case IV bill was not generated but available online which I paid along with AOS bill. My case completed without any delay.

Yes, some folks do get through without any issues, and some get caught because of the timing. The CR-1 thread has a few cases of people being stuck doing to early payment. The choice is yours.

It caused a delay in my case as the payments were rejected. Some people are lucky and get thru without any issues, like mentioned prior, however its always better to space it out by a few days

yes just have a good flow to the paper work not hurring to much and it will be good
