Different NVC AVR Message

Hi! I tried calling the NVC AVR again yesterday and heard a little different message so i'm not sure if it's referring for an RFE for the I-864 or my DS230. I found a thread here that talks about the meaning of different messages that you can hear from the NVC AVR but none of them is like mine. Here's what i found in the thread:

"The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial information. The NVC sent a checklist letter on ... "

... but here's what i heard when i called the NVC to check our status....

"The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete. The NVC mailed a letter on ______ indicating more documentations were missing or incomplete......."

It didnt say 'on your financial information'... Could it be about my DS230?

Anyone got a message like this before? :huh:

I-130 Application

09-06-2007 - Sent the I-130

01-02-2008 - Recieved NOA1

05-01-2008 - NOA2 approved!

05-09-2008 - Recieved hard copy of NOA2

05-16-2008 - Recieved the AOS Fee Bill with Manila Case number

05-18-2008 - Sent Choice of Agent via email

07-29-2008 - Recieved IV bill from the mail

09-10-2008 - Paid the I864 bill and IV bill

09-16-2008 - NVC mailed the Instruction packet agent to my hubby

09-28-2008 - Received hard copy of the instruction packet agent

09-29-2008 - Received the I864 packet

03-02-2009 - Hubby sent the I864 and DS230 to NVC

03-06-2009 - NVC received I-864, under review

03-10-2009 - NVC received DS230, under review

03-13-2009 - I-864 complete, still reviewing the DS230

03-19-2009 - Under NVC final review, the operator told me that i need to redo my DS230

03-23-2009 - CASE COMPLETE!!!

03-25-2009 - GOT A MAY 7 INTERVIEW!!!

03-26-2009 - received appointment letter from NVC through email

03-31-2009 - 1st day Medical

04-01-2009 - 2nd day Medical. PASSED!

04-02-2009 - NVC sent docs to USEM

05-07-2009 - USEM Interview.. VISA APPROVED!!!

05-12-2009 - Finally got my VISA!!!

05-27-2009 - Flight to OK

call back on monday and ask the Operator.

hmm... well i guess that's the best thing to do right now... I know that my husband is going to receive a mail from them but i'm very impatient.. just wanna know NOW..hehe.. Thanks Johndecka

I got the same messgae before, and it was about NVC not having my DS-230.

Yep, they are waiting for ur DS230. I had the same AVR message also and the letter I received asked me to send DS230.

USC petitioning for parents:

NVC:

1-7-09 NVC Received file, NVC Case# created

1-14-09 NVC Sent DS-3032/AOS Fee bill

1-15-09 Emailed DS-3032 to NVC

1-20-09 Received in mail DS-3032 / I-864 Bill from NVC

1-20-09 Paid I-864 Bill (Online)

1-21-09 Shows AOS Fee Bill Paid online

1-23-09 Return Completed I-864

1-23-09 NVC AVR message says IV Bill generated

1-23-09 Paid IV Bill online

2-9-09 DS-230 package sent to NVC

2-11-09 DS-230 received at NVC

2-17-09 Case Completed at NVC

2-25-09 NVC Left

4-29-09 Interview Date (Called AVR on 2/26/2009 and it said all documents sent to the consulate in KTM, Nepal. Also, talked to the operator on the same day and she said the interview has been set for 4/29/2009 and should be receiving the interview letter soon).

Consulate:

x-xx-09 Consulate Received

4-29-09 Interview Date (Interview rescheduled for earlier date of 4-20-2009)

4-20-09 Interview Successful (asked to come back for the visa on 4-23-2009)

4-23-09 Visa Received

5-22-09 US Entry : Entry at IAD.

I just called the NVC and the operator told me that they have reviewed the I-864 and everything was fine and that they just got my DS230 Last March 10 so they're currently reviewing it. So all of you guys are correct.. it's all about my DS230.. I just have 1 question.... Looking at other's timeline here, it only took them 2 to 4 days reviewing their DS230.. They said the received mine last March 10, how come it's taking time for them to review it. hmmmm..... hehe.. just wondering.. :-)

Mine took 7 days. So, your case should be completed any day now. Good luck.

Mine took 7 days. So, your case should be completed any day now. Good luck.

I really hope that everything's fine and that they're not going to ask for more documents .. Maybe i'll be hearing a new message from the NVC AVR on friday... (crossing my fingers!!) B)
