Greetings all!

1. A am a naturalized citizen since 1987.

The old naturalization certificate has the "A" number they ask for in 129-F and G-325A Do i use that field or leave it blank?

They do ask for it at the top and the bottom of the page.

I do have a valid US passport.

Will sit back and listen

If you're now a US citizen, you no longer have an A-number as far as I know, what with you not being an alien any more.

Then again, they do ask for it.

The I-129F asks for the A# (if any) of the petitioner.

Even if you are US Citizen now, if you were naturalized, you do have an A number associated with you....It is the one on the naturalization certificate, and that is what I used on my G-325 (at the bottom) when applying for I-129F

That was nice of them...lol

Well, let's reason this out. The I-129F asks for the A# of the petitioner. Only a US citizen can petition for a K-1 visa for their fiancé(e).

Therefore, the only petitioners who could provide an A# are naturalised citizens.

So, as the above applies to you, they want the A# that you previously had.

Check everything twice and then check it again.

We had a bit of a panic after sending ours off, as we couldn't remember signing all the copies of the G-325A. Our petition was accepted and subsequently approved though, so I guess we did.

Good luck!
