Just wanted to let you guys know how our interview went today. The day before we've been kind of nervous and even on our way to the interview. What now comes sounds kind of odd...but in the waiting room we got more and more calm. Actually we even had a good time waiting till we got called in. (We studied german and english. Were thinking about if they have someone there who is even able to speak german. And so on.) Because when your marriage is in good faith there is nothing to fear about. After about 20 min the interview officer called my name and invited us to enter her office. She was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. So we cant agree that female officers are unfriendly!!! Quite the contrary. She asked for our birth certificates and made from my husbands birth certificate a copy. Then she asked for our passports, marriage license, health insurance, joint account documents. She looked through the pictures we brought to the interview. And asked some questions how did we meet each other, when did we meet each other and something like that.

The only thing was that our papers from the medical exam in the sealed envelope weren't filed out correct from the doctor. He forgot to make marks about

the vaccination I got. And some other things like the chest X ray  So we got a RFE. Unfortuneately. But later that day we went these doctor and gave him the papers back in order to make the missing statements. They did it. Apologized a hundred times. And after that we send the papers with registered mail back to our friendly interview officer.

No one has anything to fear about the interview...as long as your marriage is in good faith. And as long as you believe in God's help. We'll see what comes next. Because my husband and I have done all we could to be able to be together. And if we get denied we still can live in Germany. I'd be kind of hard though...but it's in God's hands now.

Well it's great you two got everything sorted out and the RFE doesn't sound too bad since it wasn't your fault. Congratulations...

I'm just curious about the error with the medical exam, did your Civil Surgeon fill in the vaccination supplement wrong? or was it something else?

Actually it's been a couple of things. Like dates and missing signatures. But the biggest problem was that the doctor forgot to make entries about the vaccination

shots and tests. I got 2 vaccinations that day and he was running a TB skin test. But there was not entry about the TB test. Only the date that showed that he did

something. But not any entry that all with the TB test was ok. Oh well. Hopefully that dont take too much time...cause it would be great to have something to celebrate

when my family from Germany is coming for their first vacation here...in the beginning of April. We'll see though.

I wish all with upcoming interviews a good time there. And like Soancika + Brian said as long is your marriage is real and full of love...all will be fine
