DS-230

The consulate requires that Part 1 and Part 2 of this document is filled in.

My question is, does the beneficiary put her information in for questions #1 through #13? and my information in for questions #14 through #18?

Left NVC - 03/05/2009

Interview - 05/19/2009

Entered USA- 08/03/2009

DS-230 is all about the Beneficiary.

Since you are doing a K1 visa you will NOT be listed on this form as a SPOUSE, on #14.

#15 on are Beneficiary's family, not US Citizen's family.

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

01/19/10 - EAD Card Received

01/16/10 - AP received

11/18/09 - AOS - NOA1

10/30/09 - Civil Marriage

10/24/09 - Entry/I-94 start

09/04/09 - K1 issued

07/15/09 - K1 - NOA2

02/27/09 - K1 - NOA1

02/24/09 - Filed I-129F

Yes, K-1 do the DS-230, for most consulates just part 1 of the DS-230.

K-Visas have immigrant intent, and are handled by the immigrant visa unit at the consulate, and since they have immigrant intent they will fill out an immigrant visa application (DS-230) for the consulate.
