Hi everyone,

This month I am a appling (finally) to adjust my status. But I need some help...

1- I took the medical examination in Nov/07 for the k-3 interview.

So now...should I find a CIS Designated Civil Sugeon and tell him to do a new one, since my has more than one year. Or Should I send the old one and wait for them send me a RFE? And...what I have is only copies of the exams results, since the report was locked and I never saw.

2-Since my arrival to the USA, I have traveled to Italy and Brazil. Which I-94 should I provide for the application? The first one or all then?

3-Also, I already have my Employment Authorization Card. Should I include a new I-765 for this application? Do I need to provide my current information (copy of the card)with the application or Do I not need to do anything?

Sorry for all the questions...but so far I have been doing everything without a lawyer because of this community!

4-Last one... About the Affidavit of Support, can we use the same one we used for the k-3 interview or since my husband financial situation changed should we fill a new one?

Thanks so much.

You should only have one I-94. It is given to you at entry into the US and is supposed to be removed at exit. At least that's the way it worked for my wife.

1-get a new exam done now, you will have to do it anyway, you will prevent the delay if you do it now

2-see my post above, if you have more than one, send them all I guess

3-yes, I would apply for a new one, it will be good for 1 year. it's a one page application and it's already included in the price, so why not.

4-you should complete a new affidavit of support since your financial situation has changed.

hmmm...they never asked for my I-94 when I was leaving the USA to visit my family or when I was back here. They just stamped a new one! So now I have 3.
