I had sent in my package with all original documents, the DS 230 package, at 13 Th February with a registered letter (recommended) to NVC.

At 19 Th Feb. NVC told me that a supervisor check my case and all documents are there, I need to wait 2-4 weeks for review….

Today 7 Th March my paper had not still arrive to NVC, if I read USPS webpage.

Yesterday I called them and the new info was, call back about 2- 4 weeks, - we have thousands and thousands of files here,,, the supervisor going to look at your file,,,, still after 2 weeks no answer from the supervisor!

Yesterday the operator told me, don’t send in more paper its going to delay your process,,, Oh, my.......my case is already very delay, special when I had cancel my K3 interview then 19 th February!

This is great!

Why did they say this if they did not have it??? Have you spoke to someone at USPS to find out why the package was not tracked to the destination? I would hope that it made it there if they said this toyou already, although they have been wrong before... What does USPS say? I hope someone has it for you sake! Especially since the originals are in this package! UPS lost mine and then found them again thank goodness! Let's hope yours is found too!

PS - You could try calling your senator to see if they can help put some pressure on NVC to speed up the "search"!

The USPS website may not have updates for registered letters sent via first class, go to a post office with the receipts and see if they can help you track it. Secondly, ask the operator if they received a piece of mail recently with regards to your case. IF so, then it should be your package that you sent recently.

Did you mail it via regular mail?? Or did USPS just misplace the piece of mail?
