If anyone knows about your frustration it would be me. I'm still waiting 145 days since my noa1 and it bothers me to see others getting their noa2s from february or march or even april. its not fair and sometimes i want to tear my hair out too. i dont know why california has to take on all the k-1s but oh well. there really is nothign to do but do ur best to handle the jealousy and just keep telling yourself the noa2 will come. thank goodness im not affected by the imbra or i'd really be pissed then.

Word of advice Giggles - I would not quit the job yet... you never know what will come down the pipe in this process, or how things will be delayed. If your employers are flexible, give them a heads up with an estimated time of departure. If they are not flexible, then wait until you know for sure!

My employers are so incredible. They are aware of the situation and know when I am expecting to leave. I have been working for them since I was 18 years old so it's almost like a family. Couldn't ask for better people to work for. No matter what happens, I will always have a job with them

"Let your legs carry your body and your heart carry your dreams."

June 19th, 2006 - I129-F sent via Fedex (courtesy of my Honey's work) to arrive using next day delivery

Mid- July - Found out I129-F never left his company but is lost there.....need to gather and try again

August 2006 - Still waiting...maybe not the I-129F route anymore

Have you called your service center? It appears to me that you have been put in the security checks that lasts up to 6 months, for those cases with a name hit.

Why do you think this? There are many people who filed through Texas and onto California in March that haven't heard ####### all since IMBRA started...They had just started rolling out NOA2's for people with NOA1's from end of February and beginning of March at the CSC. I got caught...I sent my petition in on March 6th. How ironic is that? As far as getting ahold of anyone, there isn't a number to call that I can.

Even before IMBRA it was like this. It totally sucked to sit and wait 80, 90 100+ days and see NOA2 in 2 weeks from Vermont. I know it is not Vermont peoples faults that they got lucky but it still sucks watching it.
