hi everybody,

I applied to VSC for removal of conditions on March 2008. I got my extension for an year letter and did my biometrics, but haven't heard a beep out of them since my question is I probably will need to make an infopass appointment to extend my residency for an other year my problem is that my passport is expired, will that give me any problem, I think I read on this forum somewhere how to extend your residency for another year while your I-751 is pending with an expired passport but I can't find, any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks.

You will need to bring in two passport type photographs. They will use those to create an I-94 that will then be stapled in your expired passport. That is my understanding, at any rate.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Hi kiko,

No it is a regular i-751 adjustment we have been married for 4 1/2 year there were no waivers when I got my card the first time around should I call uscis and ask them what is going on. I am also working on my n-400 since I can file that too should I speed that up and file it thank u for all your help.

we didn't start our aos right after we got married we were scared so we just waited and waited and finally started the procedure and got aos 1 1/2 into marriage with 2 year GC it brings it to 3 1/2 and 1 year extension for i-751 makes it 4 1/2 I know I know anyway that is our story I am just getting a little antsy because my 1 year extension runs out on 3/22/09 and I was hoping to hear something back before then. any helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all.
