Good afternoon.

we are applying for my husband's permanet status and I need to know his status? he arrived in June on a k-1 visa. how do I answer the following

current usic status? expires on?

If he arrived in June he's overstayed his visa by more than 3 months....

2/9/09 - EAD Received (78 days between NOA1 & receipt)

4/11/09 - Green Card Received (139 days between NOA1 & receipt)
5/21/11 - 10Y Green Card Received (127 days between NOA1 & receipt)

5/16/13 - Bought our house

9/26/13 Oath (114 days between NOA1 & ceremony)

His status was K1 and the expiry date is the expiry date on his I-94 that should be in his passport. I hope you got married before that date?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

ofcourse we were married on august 15th.. we are now only able to afford the green card..

Actually hope they got married by September since you're to marry within 90 days of entering the US....
