I am having an Interview in 2 weeks. I suppose to bring I-601 waiver with me. I am going crazy about it! What kind of evidence can I possibly bring with my Hardship letters??? Or just a letters would be enough? Please, someone advise.

I went to interview with my husband and our baby for AOS based on marriage. Day after I received a notice to appear for the Second Interview and to bring filled I-601 waiver, including hardship letters and evidences. I am in the USA.

Had enyone else submit I-601 waiver at the Interview? Should I expect a decesion right away?

Thank you in advance.

What are the grounds for the need for your waiver?

You'll need to support whatever hardships you have with strong documentation. You'll need letters from doctors if you are claiming medical hardships etc.

Good luck.

You need to check out www.i2us.net immediately. There is a ton of information there, and you need a lot more than just a letter, especially for an in-country waiver.

The up side is that you can send in all you can get at this interview and then try to add evidence later if necessary. . .but you want to be as thorough as possible. Check out everything 601 at the website above!
