Why was NVC closed today? And whats up with the automated system....its acting all weird?

02/02/2009 - Emailed DS3032

02/06/2009 - DS-3032 / AOS Bill hardcopy recieved

02/06/2009 - E-mailed DS3032 (2nd try)

02/06/2009 - Paid AOS Bill

02/08/2009 - AOS Bill Shown as PAID

02/10/2009 - DS3032 Accepted

02/10/2009 - IV Bill Generated

02/10/2009 - Pay IV Bill

02/11/2009 - IV Bill Show as PAID

02/13/2009 - Mailed I-864 Package

02/17/2009 - I-864 received by NVC

02/20/2009 - Mailed IV Package

02/26/2009 - IV package received by NVC

02/27/2009 - RFE
