SITUATION: im petitioning my fiancee, but i do have a mini dillema when it comes filling out the application. On the G-32A (Biographic Information), it's asking for the applicant's residence for the last five years... currently as we filled out the application he is residing in qatar (this would be his current) but on june or july this year he will be going back to the philippines for good and wait fo the response from the embassy.

QUESTION: what do i need to put in to the address? will it matter if we just put in he's address from qatar as current since that's where he is now or should we add his address in the philippines although he is not there yet? If we just put his address in qatar as current, will the embassy be sending the letter to qatar or the address in the philippines where he's going to have his future interview?

Current and past addresses.

not "future" ones.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

The questions are generally in the present tense. Some of them ask, in the present tense, about the past. As you go through the I-129F itself, you'll find a question about the future. When you do, answer it correctly. Once you've completed the petition and G325a, if you think there's any MORE information they neeed, give it to them on a separate sheet and attach it as appropriate.
