I emailed the NVC 1 month ago asking if they had aleady recieved my IV Payment.they say they had already recieved it, and mailed already ds 230.until now I have not yet recieve ds 230.do I still wait for that mail to arrive or I should download it and send ds 230?any advice?help me please.....

Check the guides, follow the instructions, down-load it and do it yourself. You do however need the bar-coded cover page to send along with it proving you have paid.

no proof of payment in hand coz I sent my payment thru mail with a money order.juz a response email from the NVC that they had recieved my payment.

Timeline

You should receive the IV Barcode sheet in the mail. When you receive that, you can then submit the DS-230 package. Alternatively, check the online system to see if the status has changed to Paid and if you can print out the Bar Code cover sheet.
