No email address to USCIS, you can call and ask, but once they have a petition the only way something can be corrected is if they send out an RFE for a correction.

Correct, when the petition gets to NVC, they will send the package to the consulate that has an immigrant visa unit in your country, that has jurisdiction over where your live.
