Confused about when to file

I can't figure out when to file for removal of conditions. On the USCIS web site it say to file before our second anniversary. But other places it says to file 90 days before the card expires. Which one is right? The 2 year green card expires Aug 23 this year. We got married in may of 2007 on a Fiancee visa.

11/20/2006 US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation

11/21/2006 NOA1 Notice Date

11/25/2006 Received NOA1 in Mail

12/12/2006 NOA2 Email Received

12/15/2006 NVC Sent Petition to Embassy

12/16/2006 Received NOA2 in Mail

12/18/2006 Embassy Receives Petition from NVC

12/20/2006 Received NVC Letter

1/9/2007 Packet 3 Received

1/12/2007 Packet 3 Sent

1/31/2007 Packet 4 Received

It's 90 days before your card expires :) Which is the same as 90 days before your 2 year anniversary as a conditional card holder (not your marriage)... good luck!!

It's 90 days before the 2nd anniversary of your PERMANENT RESIDENCY. This is the date that your 2-year green card expires. So in your case, it's 90-days before August 23rd.

You have to file any time during the 90 days before August 23, so between May 25 - Aug. 21.
