Hello everyone. We are on processing k1 visa in USA. Will I can get denied here if my medical fail because of hepatitis b? Do I need to bring my doctor's letter about treating my diseases on my medical at St. Lukes, Philippines. Why I heared about waiver? Am I qualified to use this if my visa will get delayed? Hope u can give me some advice. Thanks!

It is not normally a problem, many Asians have the Hep-B virus or are carriers. It is wise to get vaccinated to prevent liver disease.

it wont be a problem, just bring whatever doctors reports or any treatments you had before. they are more concerned about the tuberculosis problem.

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
