I was wondering if someone could help us with this, my fiance is filling out form I-134 and we are confused by questions 9, 10, and 11.

For 9 and 10 - He was once married to a Venezuelan and processed a K-3 out of Caracas. Shall he put her name and date on 9 and 10???

For question 11 - does this apply for us? Since I will be joining him permanently, how can he place a timeline or amount as an answer? I've read that for a case such as ours (K1 visa) the answer is "N/A"

So we are not sure what to answer on these three question ... what would you suggest?? thank you!:)

We appreciatte your help,

Mia

2. BELIEVE believe that is already yours, have unwavering faith.

Yes, the previous spouse's name goes in 9 and 10. Yours goes in 10 as well. For 11. "N/A K1 visa" is an acceptable answer. If seen one report of a Consular officer taking that wrong though. I prefer, checking yes and stating, "I will fully support him/her as my spouse."
