Timeline

Hi all, I tried checking on some of the previous threads but with no conclusive answer. I am from Austin, Texas (78731). Am I eligible to file AOS for my fiance with the Dallas Pilot Program (DORA)??

February 14th: Sent in I-129F packet

February 27th: Notice Date of NOA1

April 27th: Approved! NOA2

May 15th: Case sent to Ciudad Juarez Consulate! (called the National Visa Center, still no official

notice)

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

Unfortunately, you are only able to apply for the Pilot Program if you reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The Dallas Service Area:
