Yes, they go to the service center in Chicago, then are typically transferred to the National Benefits Center in Missouri, then to your local office (or the California Service Center if you might be able to get the green card without an interview).

Go to USCIS website, click on the Immigration forms and then find the I-485 form and click on it, the first page will tell you exactly where to send the paperworks. Where you file your Form I-485 depends on what eligibility category you are part of.

Should we include the check payable to USCIS together with the USCIS forms?

I had a mail from the USCIS yesterday composed of a FEE SCHEDULE folder and AOS forms and instructions.

Can I just use these forms?
