ok.. we have had our NOA 2 approval and packet 3 (which I will mail off soon)... but we are thinking that after I have the medical, I could move down there, then fly back to Canada for the Interview... Is this possible or a very bad idea?

We want to be together NOW!!!!! and don't want to have to wait till the interview.

Any advice ?

p.s - please click on my baby dragons so they dont die :P

Thank you, that brings up a new question...lol

As a Canadian I do not usually require a "visitors visa" to enter and stay in the US, will that still be the case or will I actually need a "visitor's visa" this time around ?

No. Questions about visiting during the process are THE most FAQ. Do a little reading.

No visitors visa needed, just be prepared to provide evidence of connection to Canada to the officer at the POE.

Pffft, I did read it, that what prompted the question.. it does NOT say you DO NOT NEED a visitors visa if you are from a country that does not require one..

Because that would be redundant. Sort of like asking how often you should defrost your frost free freezer.
