I would like to know the web site to track the status of my K1 AOS

Timeline
I would like to know what is the web site to track the status of my wife's AOS.

Below is the website you can track the application status.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp

You need to register first, and a link to the registration page is right above the "submit" button of the above site.

AOS from H1B

[AOS Timeline of Dec.'08 Filers], [JV Thread for Dec.'08 AOS Filers]

12-17-08: I-130/I-485/I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox via USPS

12-18-08: I-130/I-485/I-765 delivered

12-29-08: Received 3 NOAs (dated 12-24-2008)

12-29-08: Checks cashed

1-5-09: Received Biometric appt. notice (dated 12-30-2008)

1-20-09: Biometric done

2-17-09: Received interview appt. letter (dated 2-12-2009)

3-5-09: Received EAD (dated 2-28-2009)

4-6-09: AOS Intervew @NYC

4-13-09: Received welcome letter (dated 4-8-09)

4-18-09: Received GC (dated 4-13-08)

I registered @ the USCIS site so I can track my AOS status but whenever I put in my receipt number (MSC#) this shows up...

> Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

What does it mean? :(

You need your case number too....goodluck. :thumbs:

04/30/12 * Received Interview Letter

04/04/12 * Biometrics

03/10/12 * Received NOA

03/03/12 * N-400 Submitted (AZ)

I-751 TIMELINE

05/18/11 * Received 10 yr Green Card

05/17/11 * Approved

04/04/11 * Biometrics Appointment done

03/21/11 * Received Bio Notice (03/15/11)

03/03/11 * Encashed check

03/01/11 * NOA1 receipt date

02/28/11 * I-751 submitted (CSC)

Means it is not entered in the system yet. Of the (4) things we filed (I130, I129F, I485, EAD i forgot the form number) it took 6-8 weeks for us to actually see it in the online system. Best of luck to you.
