From what I've seen on here, it's possible the interview will take place before August but you can never be too certain. If they choose your case for additional background checks at the National Visa Center it could be longer. I know another user on here, Aubrey, had trouble with her fiance getting his police reports on time. Just do every step you can ahead of time so you're well prepared.

Good luck!

I think others can give you a better lead time estimate for the consulate, BUT it will normally take three weeks from NOA2 until the consulate receives and enters your case, so your interview cannot be BEFORE this time. Also you need to have all of the packet 3 documents ready, which means if you are waiting around for the embassy to mail you packet three, there is no possible chance you could have your interview in August, probably not even in September. (if your NOA2 is sometime in July)

Download packet three NOW from the consulate website and get all your documents prpeared so you can jump on this as soon as the case arrives in Frankfurt

hi guys! We were approved not so long ago, but we don't know if our case reached NCV or not. How do we find out about it? And when our case will leave the NVC? Thank you!
