Thank you all for your show of support on my DNA issue. Since Mya is my husband's child, we have no problem with the test. In fact, i have already found a company paid the fee, the kit is leaving the US this afternoon, it will be in Guyana by the end of the week and my husband's swab will be done on Tuesday. Mya and i are going on Monday to do our test, so by the end of next week, MIchael's sample will be back in the united states. AFter that it takes about a week for them to match the DNA and then send it back to the Embassy. I trully believe that all my struggles with immigration are for a reason and because of all i have gone through i will try to help as many people that i can. God is good and he is on our side. This set back will not sway my faith and i wish i could take the test results and shove it in their faces but like a good Christian i will just do what i am asked and believe in God. This just gives me more time for me to prepare for my husband's home coming. Thank you all, very much. :star:

By the way, Guyanese, i will do a full embassy review. Please remember to do yours also.

I have seen you be very supportive to others while you were waiting. You def deserve the same in return :luv:

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

It's just a matter of time now. Won't be long. What a shame you have to wait any longer, but before ya know it he will be back in your arms.

You are almost there, best wishes for speedy ending to the waiting, and wishes for a slow, happy, safe loving life together!
