Hi! Can I continue processing our K1 if i decide to go to saudi and Europe.(job) I'll be there from February to September or even more. in jeddah, riyadh, spain, london or paris.no specific date of location at a specific time. our Noa1 is January 23, 2009. and if I can, how? i'm still here in the Philippines.So there might be a change pf address..to saudi or europe. we will be most likely in europe in time for the NOA2,nvc, etc etc...

thanks for any advice you can give...(I'm willing to marry him in every church in every country i go to!). and do you think we are allowed to marry in europe? =) he is American and am Filipino..

Sept. 7 '12 : check cashed

Sept.14 '12 : biometrics letter delivered

Sept.24 '12 : biometrics appt at 8am

Thank God,last time to deal with USCIS

Sure make your decisions on how to proceed based on where you are when the petition is apporved... Applying for a visa to the US does not mean you must stop living your life. You have a little bit of a wait before you are processed and then some time after that.

Sure make your decisions on how to proceed based on where you are when the petition is apporved... Applying for a visa to the US does not mean you must stop living your life. You have a little bit of a wait before you are processed and then some time after that.

We can also be of more meaningful assistance if you'll confirm whether you are the petitioner or beneficiary. The problems and solutions for each are quite different.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Pushbrk, I presume you must have missed the information .... direct quote from the OP ......"he is American and am Filipino.." ...

That to me suggests the OP is the beneficiary ...... as the American would be the petitioner the poster would be the beneficiary.

You certainly can choose to marry anywhere and anytime you can accomplish it but if you do, your petitioner will need to withdraw the I-129F petition for a fiancee visa because he will no longer have a fiancee. You'll need to start over again with the appropriate spouse visa process that matches your new circumstances.
