How Long Wait from NVC to USE Lately

Just curiuos how long it has been taking for Visa petition to go from National Visa center to Manila Embassy. I recieved letter in mail January 16 saying petition will be sent within a week to the embassy. Called today and the case has still not left National Visa Center. Is anyone else here having delays, or is this the normal time frame. It seems like other cases have been sent within a few weeks. I filed witht he Vermont center, and it looks like things are taking longer at the Vermont center. I am just curiuos, because on the it states the case should go forward to Manila within a week, and it has been almost a month. Just getting excited now that the end is almost near.

We had 2 letters that said it would go on in a week, and they kept it well over 7 weeks.
